Canal view

The development of "Canal View" forms a decreasing volume, moving in stages from 9 storeys against the existing residential towers to 4 storeys along the existing residential row of Staakskenstraat.

The project is distinguished by the dynamics between the tower and the stretched body along the Brugse Vaart and the powerful white façade with internal terraces. As a result, the volume responds perfectly to the diverse character of the residential area and integrates itself into the surroundings in an acceptable way while paying attention to the existing sightlines.
